The boat is in front of the London bridge in  Lake Havasu City Arizona.  I've since moved the boat  to Fort Worth Texas.  I purchased the skiff from Doug Whichello in California.  Doug had repainted the boat yellow  the name Flying Carpet was on the boat at that time.  The boat was moved from New Jersey to California by Mark Vanwinkle.

I would like to find some history on the "FLYING CARPET" I have a skiff that was sold to me some years ago . The skiff was  originally blue with white deck .This is the skiff with the curved transom. I have seen the pictures on www.speedskiffs.com/wildrides.  The boat I have has the same small front opening in the deck. The last number on the boat was"JS38".  The boat had the name Flying Carpet on the transom with mail box letters.  At this time I'm restoring the boat and if this is the Flying Carpet I would like to build it back to original. If there are pictures of this boat in the early days that would help me.
