Just bought the 1974 bender with the wooden decks that is posted in your classified section.  I live in Lake Hopatcong NJ and want to build a lake boat to have fun.  The previous owner was Robert Stotz who lived in Bricktown NJ.  Boat was originally red and it looks like it  had a JS 68 in white over the red.  Current name on the boat is Hells Child. The word brown is stenciled in the transom area and stamped on the bulkhead behind the engine.   I was told it was run on the Navesink river in the late 70's.  Any info about the boats past please contact me.  I plan to restore the boat and keep the wooden decks, they look original to me but who knows?

June 2006 Update...

Built a new garage so I could work on the boat inside.  Decks have been removed.  Paint stripped on sides.  Needs some glass work inside.  More to follow.
