This boat was originally built for Jack Lawrence (of J&S Skiffs) and construction was finished in 1982.  Julian Rucki purchased the boat in 1984 and raced the west coast circuit for several years under the name of Snow Goose.  Julian sold the boat in 1990 to Kenny Kramer of Jersey who than sold it to Caesar Simonelli of Long Branch, N.J.  Caesar took a mold off it than sold it to Robert Presley who  races it today as Kentucky Blue JS-9 on the APBA circuit.

Robert Presley, Jr. is now carrying out his fathers legacy, whom he always wanted to get into boat racing.  Dad really loved it!

Robert Presley Jr., currently runs the same number as dad, JS-9, although the name of Robert Presley Sr.'s boat was Blue Heaven.
