The Pink Elephant was the Orange Crate JS-00 a national Champion purchased from Fred and Joe Zbranak.  I believe I purchases it in 1965, it had the solid black JS numbers, my second boat was built by the Zbranak's and had a JS-15 outlined in black.  Larry Steward was my riding mechanic most of the time, Gene Holland built my engines, and Gene was from Annapolis, MD.
