This boat was built at Southeast Boatworks in Thunderbolt, GA in 2004 which is owned by Dave.  The boat campaigned the Vintage and ACBS circuit during 2004 which consisted of 12 shows throughout the year.  This boat is unique in that it has side exhausts and hydraulic cavatation plate and a see through engine hatch.  Dave calls this boat Chevy Under Glass, although the real name is Swamp Rat.

Dave grew up on the Delaware River in Pennsylvania and has watched Jersey Skiffs race since he was 8 years old.  Dave has raced in the OPC outboard division from 1975 - 1982.  During his rookie year, Dave held the record of going swimming 15 times during the short season. 

Dave has numerous riders who run the circuit with him, including his brother Chris, his nephew Matt, and Cliff Ennis will be his crew during the Marathon run.
