History: (The following information is a result of an interview with Tom Donley Jr. and Jeanine Swift on October 20, 2002.)
This was my third Jersey Speed Skiff. This one had a navy blue hull with a white deck, with high side steering. It was purchased from Slim Blaney in Ft. Lauderdale. To the best of my knowledge, Slim did limited racing with the boat before I bought it. Since there was no name on the boat, I had no choice but to call it..."UFO".
In 1978, I sold this boat to Jack Leimbach in Annapolis. Jack did not change anything, not even the name, and enjoyed it as a river boat.
When Jack was finished with the boat, he sold it to Doug Apy who transformed her into the replica of 'Jo-Carol Too' JS-1, as we know it today.
